Are all aluminium colours the same price?
Answer:
Our standard colours are all the same price: Black, Bronze, Charcoal, New Silver, and White.
Natural anodised and custom powder-coated colours cost extra.
Do you do installations?
Answer:
Yes. We do installation, removal, and plaster work.
After installation, the client must still arrange painting and tiling if necessary.
Do you offer free quotes?
Answer:
Yes. We need the following to give a quote:
• Aluminium colour
• Glass specifications
• Sizes
• Quantities
Do you offer free site visits?
Answer:
Yes, within Gauteng.
If you are willing to wait until our site evaluator is in the area, there is no charge.
If you need an urgent visit, a call-out fee will apply, which will be deducted from your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Answer:
We accept EFT, Credit Cards, and PayFlex.
Lay-buy can be arranged.
What are your payment terms?
Answer:
Supply only:
• 50% deposit to start manufacturing
• 50% balance before delivery or collection
• 50% deposit to start manufacturing
• 50% balance before delivery or collection
Installation jobs:
• 50% deposit to start the confirmation process
• 45% payment before installation
• Final 5% payable on practical completion
• 50% deposit to start the confirmation process
• 45% payment before installation
• Final 5% payable on practical completion
Where are you based?
Answer:
We are based in Boksburg and Benoni, and we serve all of Gauteng.
